Atlantes’ clients range from people that have moved out of the Dorset area yet still retain a property here or inherited a property - through to elderly people who need a hand sorting out contents and other effects before moving to a retirement home.
Basically anyone that has a property but is unable, for whatever reason, to manage it in they way they’d like to.
We can help before you move out of the house, while you move out and after you’ve gone. Or if you’ve inherited a property, we can sort out the contents, prepare the house for sale and see the sale through – without you ever having to visit if travel is a problem.
We can arrange to keep the house and garden clean and tidy to maximise its potential. We can deal with estate agents or letting agents, source reputable tradesmen to handle any repairs or redecoration. We’ve even been known to re-carpet an entire house, empty freezers full of food and fix flat car batteries!
Completely independent
At Atlantes, our primary purpose is to look after your interests and your interests alone. We don’t receive commission or incentives, nor are we tied to any estate agent, letting agent, bank or other organisation. We’re simply here to reduce the anxiety and uncertainty that can often come hand in hand with selling a house.
Whilst there are many excellent professionals that specialise in various aspects of property management, up to now there is no other company in Dorset that offers a complete package with a depth and breadth that goes way beyond what other people offer.
